What down time ?????
Well it seems we had a small delay 
in getting what must have been this incredibly complex job of sorting a few issues on our beloved CBRF ...
Never mind ... things are , or at least seem to be ok now ...
wowww...some one must have got a pay rise and actually did there job ??? LOL

Just out of curiosity, have the expletives "WTF is going on ?" .....been echoed around the world the last few days,id say yup,sure have..
