after the update to the forum i stopped recieving my emails notifying me about my subscribed threads....is there something that i can do to fix this??

In your "User CP" the is an option to have instant email notifications for threads you are subscribed to. I went ahead and fixed that for you so when you post in a thread you should get notifications when someone else posts. We have your email addy as: ******@pacltd.com so if that is not right then you will have to update it.
