I've been gone off the site for a long time now, but is there anyway to edit profile privacy without being out of "moderated status"?

Basically just full name information, etc...

I don't mind being moderated, I'd just like the privacy.

 

If you can't see the option to change it, then no.

Name has been removed. There is nothing personal left on your public profile.
