I can't seem to find where I upload my photos to create a personal gallery.

 

Click MY PROFILE up top on the right, then click (VIEW MY PROFILE), then click PHOTO GALLERYall of these are a link in a purple color. Last there is a tab ADD PHOTOBefore you add a photo there might be a step in there where you have to create or name your gallery. I can't remember.

 

I did what you said when I get to step "click photo gallery" there isn't anything to click on the veiw profile page. If your talking about phtoto gallery up next to the cbr banner I tried that too after following the other steps and it didn't do anything....

 

Sorry, photo gallery must only appear on your view profile page once you have an album set up. Hopefully someone else can help you then. I might have an option not available cause i already have a photo album.
