Default Photo album upload problem

What happened to the photo album upload function? I can only create albums, but not add photos anymore. It just keeps taking me around in circles and back to the album view which just says "this album does not contain any photos". My old album will only let me edit the current photos but not add any more.

+1 I don't see the "Upload Photos" block either.

I think its just us, I see other people have still been adding photos.

Could someone it is still working for please post a screenshot so I can see where it is supposed to show up? maybe its a browser problem or something and that could help narrow it down.

Figured it out. Apparently there's a 40 picture upload limit, since I hadn't uploaded any pics since 4 months ago I didn't remember reaching my limit, and there's nothing to indicate I had filled my album. Would be nice if the upload button was still there but just said 0 pictures remaining or something...

That really, really sucks. Now I have to sign up for a flikr account just to post photos for my how-to's? Seems like we're shooting ourselves in the foot here, guys.

You guys have been bumped up to 4 albums with 60 pics each. If you reach the maximum then you may wanna think about resizing the pics a bit. A 200KB pic will show up on the forum about as well as a 1MB ...

WOOT! THANKS, CHAIN!!!! How-To's are a-comin!

But if there's a 60-count limit, why does the filesize matter? Your logic is correct, but isn't 60 pics still 60 pics, regardless of filesize? Would us shrinking the pictures allow you guys to give us more space in the future?

There is an overall album file size limit which I raised a bit. Don't want to raise it too much in fear that it could slow us down some. Hopefully the new settings will be the best of both worlds.
