2006 for sale
#22
Everyone has there own price they think it is worth.
Some want it gone right away and others will ask to much and hold on to it for years till they sell it.
2000 Honda CBR 600 F4 - Brantford Sport Bikes For Sale - Kijiji Brantford Canada.
But even in Canada where the price are much higher for bikes.
If your bike was never down and had low mileage (under10,000km / 6,000mi) and in mint condition.
you could get probably $5,500.
But with the high km's and it being damaged (even minor)
you might be able to get $4,200.
I bought my 2001 f4i mint condition, never down and 16,000km (9,600mi)
for $4,000.
But in a community like this where everyone knows the value of bikes in there area, it might not be the best place to try to sell it if your looking for someone to pay top dollar.
Try your local classifieds and hopefully you will get near what you want.
And if your looking to get $4,700, I would put it up for $5,200, You will get more bits that way.
Good luck

Lawrenceville Honda in Atlanta is still selling that exact same bike brand new from left over models they have for $7,449 . I just bought that exact same bike for $4,800 with only 489 miles with 3 more years of extended warranty left and in MINT condition. I would expect $3,500 and ask $4,000 with all those miles and body work that it needs.

good looking bike man! good luck on the sell. like others said. seems a bit steep on price. I'm picking up my 2006 CBR600RR in a couple hours for $4,200 with a 2bro's exhaust, frame sliders and just under 17k miles as well. thats just for a comparison, but good luck man!

1) There was never an official "Monster Edition" R1. If the bike has monster logo's on it they are probably aftermarket fairings (possible wrecked bike) or stickers the owner put on (to cover up damage?)
2) R1's in 99 had carbs instead of fuel injection like your f4i has. Not exactly a negative if they are in good running condition and you don't mind giving up the convenience of fuel injection.
3) At 30k miles, I would value the R1 lower than your F4i, I would see if he would throw money on top of the trade if you decide to go through with it.
Personally, I wouldn't take the trade.

A few red flags I can spot in this short post.
