Default Are You a Squid?

Do you wear anything to harm you from bugs, bumpers, and brush? Or do you decide a little road rash never hurt anyone

I see there are no T-shirt and shorts ppl on there yet. But today riding aroud i saw at least 4 bikes with that attire, but come to think of it i think they were all riding katanas. I need to save up for some full leathers though.

Depends.

Usually jacket/jeans.

I have never rode without helmet, boots and gloves.

Cold days is usually when the full leathers are donned.

at a bare mininum I'll ride with helmet, gloves, jeans, and my HRC shoes. Texas is way too freaking hot for leather jacket, I took out my Alpinestars once and I had to drop the jacket off at my friends when I got there, it was WAYYYY TOO HOT, and that's when it was only high 80s to low 90s.

+1 on second part when riding my own bike. I have ridden w/out a jacket. Never again. It felt like I was riding riding naked; just not comfortable. Save the 2 piece for racing or other play times away from the track. Don't really want to wear them eveday or want to get pulled over w/ rashed up leahers on. I don't think all cops like seeing riders dress like that. They might asume the worst and be right some of the time.

Usually either one of the following combos:

Full leathers (jacket/pants) with race boots, gloves, back protector and helmet OR;

Jeans with armored textile CBR jacket, race boots under jeans, back protector, gloves, and helmet.

You can’t go to the store and buy skin…so you might as well buy a jacket!

Jacket/Jeans/Helmet/Gloves/Boots
