Default WOT in first leads to steering wobble?

When I got full throttle in 1st gear I can feel the front wheel slightly come off the ground maybe a 1/4" for a sec or two and then my steering wobbles a tad, not enough to really scare me but if it got any worse it would, what am I doing wrong, I do lean forward while doing this. Thanks

If you're concerned at all about it, then ease up on the wrist

Don't move the handlebars... Your steering isn't "wobbling" - your bike is simply not making contact with the ground, and thus any tiny movement will cause the handlebars to move. There's no resistance.

Ok so will adding more preload to the rear shock help this at all? I do have a death grip on the handlebars when I open it up

Not having a death grip will likely help more

Don you're just losing contact and therefore resistance on the front end. Lift the front of the bike in the air and notice how light the steering feels. It's not a wobble or a headshake.

I experienced the same thing Saturday in an unusual way/place. I was riding 2up turning right from a stop into 70mph traffic...sounds worse than it was - it was 9am and few cars on the road but at 70mph they come quick. Front got light all the sudden at about 9k rpm and I was like "oh yeah, weight on the back!" LOL
