Default Wont start after removing front headlamp

I hope someone can help. I removed the front fairing and dissambled the headlamp from it. Plugged everything back in and now it wont start. I also blew the headlamp fuse when working on it and i replaced the fuse. It cranks with much power (so the battery is fine) but it wont start. Thanks in advance.

its your tip sensor not allowing the fuel pump to turn on. make sure it is hook up. its attached to one of the headlights. im sure there are some people with some further insights

i think i have the same problem. when i turn the key to ignition sometimes the lights dont go on and the fuel pump wont turn on. so i jiggle some wires near the headlight and i hear a click then the fuel pump works and lights go on. then its fine till next time i have to turn it on. very wierd. can anyone tell exactly where the tip sensor is located?

the tip sensor is located on one of the headlight housings. it has 3 wires going to it.

its has a green, red, and white wire. the green and red are on the outside. just snip them and connect them and it will bypass the sensor. then you will be ready for 12o'clock wheelies.just take your windscreen off and you will see it

dont feel too bad, I just did the same thing the other day. took me like 2 beers to finally figure out, not only did I have to plug in the headlight harness, but I had the lights sitting
upside down on the tank. Just happened to see a little black box on the headlight assembly that had an arrow that said up. I was pointing down.
