Default Wobble when leaning???

Okay I'm a beginner so if this is a common occurance just point it out gently haha.

So when I lean my bike on a turn at around 50~60mph it starts to wobble. I dont know if its the wind or what but as I lean in, it starts to wobble so I reduce the angle of lean and it stops wobbling. It's kind of scary so I wanna know what thats all about. Does it mean that my tires are ready to be replaced? I know that its about time to replace them so perhaps that's the problem?

my first guess would be the rear tire.

When its the wind, youll feel the wind all the time, not just when you turn (but wind does make leaning suck pretty bad lol)

It's probably rider input. I am just saying that because you said you are a noob.

Yeah I thought I was just being too paranoid but it happend on the same road twice. I think I will get new tires because I guess they're not in 'ridable' condition according to my father in law so I guess we'll see.

Oh and there's this spot on my way to work that's pretty crazy with windpockets so if you guys have any tips let me know. Tuck into the bike? Usually the wind is strong enough to throw my SUV around so let me know if you guys have some technique to this.

have you checked tire presure? can you see the wear marks on the tires? just some things to look at before you buy new rubber. also have you checked suspension settings?

Tires have wear bars on them, it's easy to check along with your tire pressue. If the bike has ever been crashed, it could be that something is out of whack!

Suspension settings? What could cause the wobble? Too soft? It doesn't really feel too stiff for sure and not too soft either but then again im a n00b.

I doubt it's this, but make sure you aren't putting all your weight on the handle bars when you ride and you are holding on to the bike with your lower body. It may sound stupid, but as a fellow noob, I notice at times on hard turns I lean hard on the handle bars when I shouldn't be.

i can ride my bike with no handlbars, no handlears, no handlebars.

sorry but had to throw that in.

I'd check the tire pressure first (42 rear, 36 front)
Suspension second.
Also, Make sure the rear tire is in allighnment since your last chain adjustment.

Should be equal bars on the adjustment plate

Was the bike wrecked at all? Forks straight?
