Fairings finally came in today from CBRFairings.com. I didn't receive any notification that they had shipped. All they sent me was a confirmation of purchase and they told me when they began production of them. They also forgot to send me the bolt kit I ordered so I e-mailed them and am waiting for a response. The fairings are all uncracked, one of the mounting holes needs to be cleaned up a bit but that's all. They seem a little stiffer than what was on the bike but other than that seem to be good quality. The ram air duct covers are kinda cheap as well as the gussets that go into the ram air slots. Nothing a little paint cant fix though. They also sent two pre-cut heat sheets and one big sheet of the same material for custom stuff. Took about two weeks for them to make and ship my fairings and I live on the east coast. Hopefully they realize their mistake and ship the bolt kit out right away. Here's some quick pictures I took tonight.

It's kinda chilly out so I brought all that into my bedroom to see if maybe it would warm up and be a bit more flexible haha. I also wanted to test fit the used OEM headlight I bought for 150 bucks. It came with the harness and quick disconnect plugs for the turn signals. All the splices are soldered and heat shrink taped as well so I'm very happy with that purchase. I'll update again when I start installing. All that's left is new levers hopefully and it'll be ready for spring. Very excite

Well, after trying to contact CBRfairings.com about sending me my bolt kit for a few weeks straight without really any answers I went ahead and bought a kit from bikebolts.com. I bought it Thursday night at around 8pm. It showed up in the mail saturday afternoon. Pretty impressed with that.

I spent the rest of the day putting the bike back together. Some holes had to be cleaned up and drilled out and I had to use clips in places I shouldn't of had too in order to mount the nose fairing. Overall the fairings fit pretty well with only the nose fairing giving me problems. Some of the paint chipped off the V fairing that goes in front of the radiator during install so I was less than impressed with that. I'm happy with the results though. Here's some quick pictures I took today. Sorry I didn't document the installation process, my buddy was giving me a hand and I forgot to take pictures or anything.
