Why did you choose F4i over RR?

DId a lot of research on different bikes(use to ride interceptors years ago)..I have two good friends that have owned f4i's and now both ride gixxers(750's)..They actually recommend the f4i for what i was wanting to do with it(commute 30+ miles daily plus have some fun in the twistes on the weekend. So i went down the street and tested both the RR and the f4i(both new).Like the syle a little better on the RR but for the price difference vs performance difference it wasnt worth it..Same thing my friends had told me.
Hell even the sales guy recommended the f4i over the RR(and he got payed off commission). When i asked what he rather drive daily..Plus half the guys in the dealership had the f4i.So that also helped me on my decision.
Plus getting the f4i 2200 cheaper than the RR was a BIG plus..(06 model vs the 07 model).

I choose the f4i over the rr because I prefer the looks a little more. A whole lot more comfortable, smoother ride on the street. Before 03 it was honda bread winner in the 600 class. And most importantly its the one the wife said I could get. RR hurt her ***.

I only considered Hondas. I only considered a sportbike. I rode my buddies 1000rr a few times and found my hands and wrists hurting after only a few minutes. Truth is I can afford any bike short of some of the MV Agusta F4 special editions, I like the F4i. It simply does everything I want. Whether it is two up or just blasting around it just does everything comfortably for me. As long as my body is comfortable and the bike functions as I need, I could give a **** about looks (I like the look of the RR better).

after taking my MSF course, i did alot of research especially on my bike vs the 600rr. being my first bike i got the f4i because:
1. more comfy
2. newb friendly
3. good price
4. not aggressive but an all around bike
5. being only 5'8, i didn't like the discomfort of only being able to tip-toe on the 600rr.
