RE: Where to download Factory Service Manual?
I know there are a few places online, though I don't have the link.
I joined the Honda Riders Club of America and along with a buttload of benefits (including tip planning and insurance discounts), you have access to one service manual. Since they don't have the 06 on there yet, I just use the 05. I know I saw the 02 on there. For under $40.00, the membership is worth it.

RE: Where to download Factory Service Manual?
This should havewhat you're looking for - I don't know if stephygee does:
http://www.gofastvideo.com/gallery/a...s-manuals.html
When you find your bike (model and year) click the avatar and it'll take you to another page. On the second page click "Click Here to Play Video" (it's near thecenter of the page) and you'll automatically begin to download the .pdf of your manual.
Any more questions just post up...

RE: Where to download Factory Service Manual?
another place you can go for the manual download is the cbrworld.net
go to the maintenance/troubleshooting forum
then go to the Honda service manuals and other honda sportbike manuals and download from the directions given.
also Kidcr3nshaw, i knew that he wanted a free download but i didnt know why. When i first checked out buying a manual, the price was near $60. After searching for a couple of hours, i found a site that sold them for $23 and then i found a bike shop that sold them for $30. Point being that if it was a money issue, i was trying to help the guy out. That is all
