Default Where doee this wire go?

Its under my seat it goes right along the sub frame. I think where you plug in the PC3.

Anyone know what it is for?

Can't tell from the pic but is the wire brown?

Checked the diagram in the manual and the only 3p, 2 wire connector near the ECU is the service check connector. Br / G wires

Yeah it's brown and green. What does it do or how does it work?

According to the manual you use it to reset the self diagnostic. Guessing it clears the MIL error codes.

this isn't part of the PC3. It's part of your bike

oh just looked in the clymer's manual.

"Service check connector"

i'm thinking rd91si is correct on this. it allows service to check if the ecu is spitting any codes.
