For the OEM CCTL any honda dealer can get it for you or online places that sell oem parts like bikebandit. Another member on here linked to this dealer Honda of Hollywood: BMW Motorcycles For Sale in LA, CA. Cycles, Scooters, ATVs For Sale in Hollywood by Kawasaki, Suzuki & More! which has much better prices than I've seen. I think what you're looking for is part number 4, you can order from them or see if your local dealer will match their price.

Go with the manual, it's cheaper and won't need replacing ever again.

If your talking about the manual cct its a slight constant pressure on the chain. I think the oem is "spring loaded"
