Default Where to buy this???

Hi. I've done searches but can't come up with anything solid.

Does anyone know where I can buy a subframe and everything else needed for the split seat conversion? Surely there is somewhere that I can just buy the OEM parts from? Does anyone know?

Ok. I feel like a complete idiot now. Ron Ayers...microfiche. Subframe (or Seat Rail by microfiche) is $237 alone. I might need to start looking for a used "seat rail"...

If you need an 01-03 subframe I have one I may be willing to sell.

I'm interested. Is it straight? Damaged? Are you presently usingit? Don't like the conversion?

I've done the conversion. I ended up with two during the parts gathering stage (long story). It's perferct, in fact it's the one I should have had blasted and coated. Give me until tomrrow night to figure out what I want for it and I'll pm you. I have some other 01-03 parts as well like the stock tail light, 2fender/battery compartment (one complete and one that has beem cut with an accompanying Competition Werks fender elimator).

Ok, sounds good. I'm going to buy an 06 F4i this week. I'm coming off a Honda 599. Anyway, I'm planning a few small things to go ahead and do after getting the bike. Flush mounts, HR1 x-riot exhaust, and a tail conversion.

PM me and let me know what you want for the parts.

Right. I send along some pic then as well. I'd send some now but it's time to hit the fart sack.

coming off a 599, eh? Ever check out honda599.com? It's a great board. I used to own a 919 for a while and now have a '01 F4i. Love these bikes. Where in NC you located?

well the deal on the 05 silver F4i fell through already this morning. won't be getting the F4i I thought I was. i'll just keep looking. guess it's a good thing b'cause i need to clean out the garage to make room for a second bike. it would be kinda cool to find a yellow 06 to park beside my yellow 599.

Still PM me with what you are asking. I'm still going to need the subframe b'cause i will be picking up a F4i when I'm able to find one.
