wheel tape

Default wheel tape

Anybody ever used the coloured wheel tape like this on there bike? Does it actually stick?Name:  Blk06CBR1000RR-1.jpg

I did and really like it. No problems with it coming off. A good clean rim is the trick. I have some PPG degreaser I use for paint prep work, so I used that.

Looks really good on your bikes , mine is two tone silver and red. I can't decide on what colour to go on the wheels.

black! nah jk silver would look tight. I've got a red and black f4i and I'm gonna put silver on mine.

How about one of each? If the front of the bike is more red, then use a red stripe on the front and silver on the back. Or vice versa.

what's the best site to get this from that's the cheapest with good quality?

and how easy is it to put on? I don't have to take the wheels off the bike right?

I used www.tapeworks.com but it ain't cheap. It's excellent quality and you get enough for 5 sides in case you screw up or need to do repairs. The wheels can be on and they have some helpful tips on their site.
