I don't know where he got his, but I have a heated Jacket Liner, Pants Liner, Socks, and gloves from here:
Gerbing Heated Clothing.
I used them on my F4i and my 1000RR. You have to keep the RPM's up to keep from draining the battery if you use them all together, but that's only in the dead of winter.
