What tire pressures are you guys running for street?
I pumped mine up to the 36/42 recommended in the manual...ride seems very buzzy and stiff to me....Dunlop stock 207 on front with 2700 miles on it..Dunlop Street Qualifier on the back with about 1500 on it (previous owner caught a nail on a LD ride and had to put on what the shop had)
My hands are still tingling from a 50 mile commute from a 1/2 hour ago (normal buzziness for the F4i?)
Tires are stock size

RE: What tire pressures are you guys running for street?
im running 31f 31r on my 208's right now, dont really like the grip of these tires but they were cheap. i know on pilot powers i ran 32/36 on the street and 31/30 at the track. also ran 31/30 at the track with qualifiers
it really depends on your riding style and everything. when i did my deal's gap trip 2-up on the f4i i ran 36/42 to deal with all the extra weight

You may want to see where the previous owner has the suspension settings this can also effect the ride quality.

I hope you are enjoying your bike Goose Rider.
As far at that slight buzzy feeling you mentioned, my previous bike was a TRX 850 and I think it is a character of the F4 in line four engine, as I too find it a little annoying at around 4,000-5,500 rpm which is around the legal road speed. Higher revs is fine as one is enjoying it too much to notice things like that. I’ve got new Pilots tyres & had it balance, played with the suspension set up but it still has that buzzy tingling feeling that I am not accustomed too. Other than that, it is a great bike, small & light for peak hour traffic lane splitting etc.I’ve even contemplating replacing it with a VTR SP or 954 but I see how it goes. Happy riding.

I was running 36/36 and I thought that is why I was now getting 145miles before the gas light came on instead of 160-170. I just filled them up to 41/41 for my trip to Deals Gap tomorrow and well see if that makes any difference, hopefully I get the good gas mileage I used to get or something is wrong with my bike. =(
