What should I get first

RE: What should I get first
If you get a second hand bike then worrying about mileage to change plugs shouldn't matter. Some weekend take it apart and put some new ngk plugs in it, change the oil, coolant, etc to set a zero point for further maint. You can never tell what happened to the bike before you picked it up...especially if you're saying it's time for a new clutch. The clutch should last for a long time unless someone was beating on the bike quite a bit.
If anything get a barnett clutch kit on ebay, they're not really expensive. I'd detail little things here and there, a lot of cheap things you can do to really make it stand out like painting certain parts.
