Hey guys, ive been looking around and found an 01' f4i for sale that i was interested in. I am just curious as to what one would think is a fair price for the bike. Has integrated led signals, flush mount signals the rest is stock. Bike has 9300 miles on it and a scratch on the stator cover from what he said caused by a non-moving drop in the driveway. Just curious as to what you guys think. Thanks.

i would say 3000 - 3500, pics would help.

 

I paid $3K last November for an '01 with 7700 miles in very, very good mechanical and cosmetic condition. 2,500 miles later I'm still satisfied with the bike and the deal I got.

 

I dont have any pictures but hes asking 4,000 its all very clean minus the scratch on the stator. everything else looks good. I appreciate the info guys.

 

I bought mine for $2500 but it had 30k miles... You should be able to get this one for about $3200

 

Does anyone know what avg. miles you could expect out of this bike. Given alot depends on servicing the bike on a regular basis but does anyone have an idea of a range for the motor?

 

Theres a few guys on here claiming they've seen a few with well over a hundred thousand, but that's rare. They're good for alot, I know that.

 

214,000 or so I think is the highest on these forums. Second to him is about 140,000 that I have seen.
