First to those who aren't aware I'm the process of selling my F4i but I own a GSXR now and I will continue to post here because I don't like the gsxr forums. If you have a problem with that I don't really care.





The seat cowl keeps popping up at the back and I was wondering why and I found this. Looks to be a ton of the glue? I believe there is suppose to be a metal piece across but I'm not real sure? [&:]

Hey shouldn't there be a full fledged lock there for the seat/cowl? Did it fall off? that looks like a sealer to hold the lock in place if it broke off...
Or am I confusing between a banana and split seat?

see thats why you dont buy a GSXR because there parts are held together by glue instead of good ol fashion bolts lol

I've worked on several GSXR's. That is a complete new one on me. I can't see anything like that coming out of a factory anywhere. Looks like an attempted fix or mod gone bad.
