I have the same in mine, honda tool kit, insurance and registration, sometimes a bottle of water, my inspection sticker is on the seat, and sometimes i'll keep my Keltec PF-9 if i dont feel like having it on my hip.

 

insurance and registration (NOT TITLE) in a waterproof pouch, honda toolkit+tire pressure gauge+hex key set, tire patch kit (maybe a tiny can of CO2!), small roll of duct tape/painters tape.
besides I carry first aid with me if i'm going on a ride. choose your kit, but I like to have
one of those small antiseptic foam/spray bottles you can use to wash wounds,
medical tape,
non-stick gauze pads
and a crepe bandage.
the duct tape could help in this department too!

 

What are some the possible waysthose tools can come in handy?? I mean you arent going to change a spare tire? I think the tire patch seems like a good idea, even someduct tape. I mean besides like if something comes loose you can tighten it back up but what else have you guys actually used the toolkit for?

I have my pcIII back there and I can fit a 20oz coke bottle in there after I take a drink and squeeze all of the air out of it and shove er down in.

 

PCIII, Speedohealer, tool kit, eye glass cleaner and microfiber towel for cleaning my helmet, clears, and a tire repair kit.

Then I have a tank bag for when I really wanna haul stuff around.
