Hey guys, I'm looking to buy my first bike and I love the CBR600s. I was wondering what the major differences between the F4i and RR version are, and which might be better for me.

 

For a first bike, neither IMHO. Definately not the RR, if you're pigheaded n insist on a 600, the F4i is more rider freindly. The RR is a race bike with lights, that doesnt mean the F4/i wont bite you hard either tho. I recommend a 250 or 500 to learn on the first year or 10,000 miles or so.

for your first bike? get the 1000rr.

 

better ergo's on F4i, higher bars I think

12 to 1 compression vs 12.5 to 1 on RR, 90% sure that's right

best paint scheme ever on F4i's

Do not u_se the word Ll_ike. Also kopy what you are writting b_efore posting otherwise you will loose it.

Major c_hanges between F4i and RR? Everything has been moved forward and down and a n_ew engine thats more powerful. The RR is the current race bike, the F4i is basically a F4 with fuel injection, which was the 1999 and 2000 race bike.

Neither are good first bikes but if you are going to get one get the F4.
