Went over to THE DARKSIDE tonight
No I’m still with Honda. Shame on you for thinking otherwise.
I went GP Shift with my stock pedals.
In the process, I noticed a plate (11355-MBW-000 ) underneath the sprocket cover. Does Anyone know what purpose this part serves? It appears to just be some sort of spacer for the cover.
Took awhile to get the foot position just the way I wanted. There’s a lot of greasy crap down there, undoubtedly from the chain. I’ll soon take some Simple Green to it once I get my next ride.

IT'S NOT THE DARK SIDE...IT'S THE LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE THIS...YOU MUST...TAHOE HIGHLY RECOMMENDS IT...TAHOE WAS IN DARK, THEN BUSTED THE SWITCHAROO...AND NOW SITS IN THE LIGHT!
it's really much better mang...and use some good chain wax and dump the cover...no fling, etc...don't wear your bell bottoms or your super thug'd ballah baggy jeans...but rather, your clubbing leather pants, your riding pants, your old jordache from 1982 (or your dad, brother, etc.)...or the new skater thugs with the super tight jeans with pockets behind the knees......and you won't have issues with pants and thong getting ripped apart by the sprocket.

When I cut my sprocket cover I was able to save the lower mounting point so I have GP shift and the sprocket cover (modified slightly of course). Haven't been abel to drive with it yet but just messing around with it it seems more natural for w/e reason.

IF I like GP Shifting (haven't tried it yet....it's snowing out) then I'm considering developing a part for us F4i riders. Of course it will have to be prototyped first, and my bike's the test mule. Retail cost of part will be cheap and address some of the issues and concerns with doing the switchover. Think you guys would get behind it, if I move forward?

RE: Went over to THE DARKSIDE tonight
Krav- The photos are too large, I will have to reduce it in order to post but...
Here's the write-up:
Remove the sproket cover
Remove the shift arm attached to the spline
Rotate 180 degrees
Adjust the rod to accommodate the desired lever position (recommend bracket removal for convenience)
Test setup
Tools needed:
8mm box wrench/and socket
10mm box wrench/ and or socket
12mm box wrench (IIRC)
Allen Key (to fit the foot bracket)
