Water pump..help

Default Water pump..help

Im doing a coolant flush... and i remove well think i remove the waterpump drain screw i already drain the coolant thru the hose bt disconnecting it....and i pour water thru the rad cap but i dont see water comeing out of the pump..does someone know which screw or have pic... of which is drain.....

The correct bolt on the water pump is all the way on the right as you are looking at it. There should be a small triangle on the metal pointing to the correct bolt. There is also a bolt on the cylinder block for coolant. That bolt is also on the clutch lever side of the bike, in between 2 headers. You can tell which bolt is correct because there is a copper washer on it. If you search around here, you can find the original factory service manual, which has all the info you could ever need.

Oman did i look but nothing like this came up i only got an RR flush...but thx
