There really isn't much to it, go to autozone find you a tip you like with the correct ID to fit the OD of your header, take your stock baffling out of your stock exhaust and put it in there, being able to weld or knowing someone that can is something you'll need.....I was going to try to make one, still may...but not in a big rush. I'm content with my Erion.

its alot more than just stuffing baffle into, gotta make sure it maintains enough backpressure so you dont burn ur valves. javiers was made custom for the f4i and has the baffle/backpressure issue taken care of. a lil more work than just gettign a tip and shoving baffle into it, just be careful when u do it

I know its probably not instant but I have been running basically straight pipe on my bike since I bought it in 05. I have no issues yet. The back pressure is a real issue though I have little to none and the bike will fall flat on it's face if not launched at high enough rev, only when trying to make a whole shot I have no problems leaving red lights at a normal rpm.
