Yeah it is on. Took about two hours....It looks perfect! Fits perfect....One of the best I have seen, and the cheapest I found. I love it. I will get some pics up in the next few days.

I dont have one yet, but for the price difference I would rather go for this one, and save time on keeping the tail light the same.
