Default Tricky No Spark Situation

02 F4i with 27k on the clock.

Alright, so I'm certainly no pro, but I can usually handle doing intermediate level stuff on my bike. I decided to replace the cam chain tensioner lifter before the season starts up here in Maine, and figured I'd do the air filter and plugs while I was in there. Got the cct replaced, put new plugs in and put everything back together and went to start her up and it wouldn't fire. pulled it back apart and checked for spark, and nothing on any cylinder, with any combination of new or old plug, this coil here, that one there.. I tested the coils and they all have good resistance and all register roughly 12 volts when the ignition is on.. so I'm a little lost as to why I'm not getting spark. I've made sure everything I unplugged while taking the air box and fuel rail off got replugged... not sure where to go from here. Any and all ideas will be super appreciated!

Thanks!

Has to be something that was changed since it ran before you did the work.

Headlight working for the BAS?
Crank sensor plugged in for pulse signal?
Power to the coils and injectors?
Pulse signal to the coils and injectors?
coil/injector harness plugged in?

Thanks for the reply, 74 Demon. You'll have to humor me as I have lots to learn about electrical stuff in general, and the electrical system of my bike specifically.
Where is the crank sensor, and the coil/injector harness, and are they things that I would potentially have unplugged in order to do the job I did?
And how does one check for a pulse signal?
Does it make sense that I have power at the coils when the ignition is on, but no spark when I crank?
Thanks!

The crank sensor in inside the right lower engine cover. Follow the wires to the connector.
The sub harness is all the wires to the coils on top of the throttle bodies. It has a big plug where it connects to the main harness.
Does your fuel pump prime with the key on?

Yes, the fuel pump primes, the FI light comes on when the ignition is initially turned on, then goes out, then comes back on after several seconds of cranking.

Good, that rules out the bas and other things.

Was there any issues when you did the cct? Could it have jumped cam timing?

No issues that I'm aware of.. I just swapped the old one for the new one.. pulled the little pin and the rod released as it should.. not sure if that would cause a jump or not.

Hopefully not. I may be worth checking if nothing else turns up.

Right on. Thanks for the help. I've called it a night, but I'll check those electrical things in the morning and hopefully something will become apparent.
