Took A Spill

Took A Spill
I was riding on the thruway today, behind my dad who was driving my car. A few cars slipped between us, so I couldn't see my car. I noticed that he had turned onto an exit ramp, so I turned to follow. As I was leaning, I noticed a patch of gravel on the side of the ramp (still within the paint, but towards the left), that I was turning right into. I only had time to think "F*ck" before I felt my back tire slide out from under me, and I was sliding down the ramp. I got through it alright, just a sprained ankle and a road-burned knee. My Shift jacket saved my back and arm, which is what I slid on.
The point of this topic, however, is about the bike. My front brake lever and throttle cap got pretty bent, and the side of the bike is VERY noticibly scraped up. It's obvious that it was spilled. I'm brand new to bikes - how expensive will it be to replace the body of the bike? I know the throttle cap and the brake lever will be cheap, its the plastic i'm worried about. Also, my muffler was pretty scraped up, but it's stock and I was planning to replace it anyways.
EDIT: It'd probably help to tell you about my bike. 2001 Honda CBR600 F4i.

Glad you're ok-ish. Replace? Grab your ankles and lube if you go OEM. Lower cowl set from http://www.servicehonda.com costs $400.85 pre-shipping per side.
If its just scratched and you don't mind painting, just sand / bondo / paint

Oem?
If I'm looking here:
http://www.servicehonda.com/look-up-parts/03
What exactly do I need to look at if I need to replace the front brake lever, the cap on the side of the throttle (forget what it's called), and the plastic frame (lower cowel?).

I think I'm just going to purchase a fairing kit. I don't have the money just yet, but I'll look at cbrfairings.com and i'll browse ebay as well. I think I should look into frame sliders too thanks, you guys have been a huge help.
Thanks Kuroshio and o4ep3civ for giving me some quality websites.
