new calipers are coming in the mail... gsxr, tlr, and kawis calipers are all supposed to fit if u check this link second post down it says...

Are you planning on upgrading the master cylinder with the calipers... I'm under the impression that the stock MC may not be adequate enough to fully support the Tokicos

well have to see if not upgrading wouldnt be a big deal

keep in mind as well the vfr is a heavier bike i believe

Here the the calipers from 2000+ gsxrs (with a bracket to fit)

maybe a moderator can resize this pic to fit?


And here are the "f4i compatible calipers"


They definately are not the same bolt pattern.

Im curious to see what bike the gold calipers came from but cannot find any more info.

Any ideas?

from what info ive gathered online the ones form an 02 gsxr1000 are direct bolt up

Just found this thread, after a very quick browse on the net, and going off Suzuki wrote on the wheel, I think (look for yourself and see what you think) the gold ones are off a 2001/2 GSX-R 1000

the gold ones are off a 2000-03 gsxr 1000 ^^^ john beat me to it...
