Default Tires

My bike sets over the winter in a carport, and the tires are hard and have a shine to the top of them. when i ride the bike the backend tends to walk a lot around curves any ideas about a tire softner of any thing to get the grip back in them there only 9 months old

scuff them in (ride them hard but be carful )get rid of top layer of rubber, if that does not do it you will have to buy a set , good luck

it would be alot more fun riding than sanding, sanding how long do you think that wiil take you,haha

If i sand them will it really help im lookin to make them soft again has any one ever used tire softner to there tires

never used tire softener, i never put anything on my tires
as for sanding that will take that shine you have off then you can scuff them on the road

So just to make sure were on the same page, when you ride your bike its now hotter temperatures again for you where ever your at? And your premise is because the tires were cold over winter you think they got harder, and stayed harder even when the hotter weater rolled around?? Do you let your tires warm up before you ride also?

you tires generate heat as you start riding usual my tires are good to go in 20 minutes but that also makes a difference on what brand and compound
i have pirelli corsa 3s they're dual compound but they seem to wear alittle faster than expected. i use bt003s on the track there super sticky.

Just do a few burnouts. That will work the fastest for ya
