Looks correct. Confirm with:

1. do compression tests.

2. take photo from other end of cam-pulse generator fingers.

3. disconnect cam-pulse pickup/sensor. Measure impedance of sensor, ohms = ??

3. measure peak AC voltage of cam-pulse pickup/sensor when cranking engine. peak VAC = ??

There's probably not a single part that's defective or their alignment. Most likely an electrical issue.

Hello i need help xD
i have a CBR 600 F4i 05

and i use tire marker to help line the cam chain sprockets ( makes it easier to see )
my timing is the same way as the persons Photo Above : that give me confidences ( i also used the screw driver method to make sure that pistion 1 was TDC
Piston 1 is the cylinder closest to the shifter sides

However back to my question is that every time i do a full 360 ( compressions side )
then another 360 ( back TDC) everything is matched up in the photo : ( how ever the tire marker on the Cam-Chain its self... was behind the engraved markings markings ( as if the chain jumped timing , but the OEM markings match up every time

so therefor does the cam chain always line up in the same place every time like them timing marks
or does it never line up and the only things that need to line up is the cams and the crank shaft!!

Cam chain makes no difference. Based upon number of teeth per cam gear and crank sprocket along with distances between them, there’s certain chain-length required. May or may not be integer multiple of # cam-gear teeth. As long as marks line up, that’s only important thing.
