I just put on a Two Bros. slip on, and they rate it to increase the hp of the bike. I have noticed a bit more torque but not too much. Does anyone have any opinions on slip ons and how much performance in achieved?

 

Slip ons only give you a little bit of performance, If you want to get any actual gain, you need a full exhaust and a powercommander

 

A slip on will gain about 2-3 hp. A full exhaust will do a little more. But for anything dramatic a power commander will do the trick.

I recently bought a Scorpion exhaust slip on and they included a dyno chart of a test bike with stock and then the performance exhaust. The peak increase was like 2-3 hp and there was a 4-5 increase from 3700-5000 rpm and like a 2-3 from 5400-7000 rpm. and like a general 1.5-2 horse gain along the whole chart.
