Default Tempurature please read!!!!

hey guys what is the tempurature at when you guys wait for a light? does it get up to 230 sometimes??? please write me and let me know or just post on this thread thanks guys

Never that high !
I think the max i have ever seen my temp get is like 93 sitting at a light talking to some one

but 200 seems crazy high
does it just flick up that high and come back down ?

HAHAHAHA are you serious???!!! i think youre mistaken bud...140-170 is operating temp...sitting at a light...i see 180-190...when its really hot out (CA summer) itll hit 200-210...e-fan should kick in at around 195-205...shouldnt get that high...

there no way it just stays at 93 it has to run at least at 160 lol and yea it comes back down to 170 to 188

oh you know what? his location says canada...maybe canadian models give temp in C readouts and US temps are in F?

yeah, i think thats about right...sorry for laughing in your face martins...lol...

so everything is ok it got up to 240 in stop and go traffic today but then went back down?

Your bike shouldn't see 240. Mine does ~185 normal operating temp, and goes up to around 225 in stop and go traffic. The fan should kick in around 225 and keep you under 230. I'd get it checked out, might have a temp sensor going bad or something. Bit beyond my mechanical knowledge (which is limited, hah).

mine does keep about 190-200 when going in traffic, sometimes up to 225 and then fan kicks in. when driving highways it holds about 175 steadily.

no, 240C is 464F.
