Hey everyone. Just ordered a solo seat cowl from targa. Spent 230 big ones for it so it better look good! I know i know... 230 bucks for looks? I'll post some pictures when it arrives.

this included painting to match, right?

 

Oh really? I didnt know. I ordered from a honda dealer. I thought i was getting a good deal cause i didnt have to pay shipping and handling. The cowl is painted candy red to match the color.

 

Btw i really like how you painted the bike. Looks real nice. Can you fill me in the details on how you painted it? (information purpose only)

 

yea idk i just happen to be on kneedraggers and thought i saw them, but i could be wrong. plus if you paid no shipping and got it painted already it probably would only be a difference of like $10 or something

i actually didnt paint it, the guy i bought it off of already had most of this stuff done to it
the bike is actually half and half, u cant see the other side but the left side of the tank is blue and the left fairing is silver, etc, everything is opposite
the red bulls are just decals
and the rims are powder coated

 

I paid $165 from fatbikez.com. If you google fatbikez.com coupon code, you'll get the code for the R1forum discount, which I belive is 10%. I think the code may even be "R1forum." I used it and it worked. Anyway, it was free shipping and actually shipped directly from the Targa factory in Cali. Oh yeah, my was painted gloss black.

Picked up the seat cowl the other day and installed it today. How do you post pictures?

Hey guys. The picture wasnt loading cause it was too big so I made it smaller and focused it only on the seat cowl. I think it looks great. I'll post better pictures when I can.
