Default Taillight for F4i w/ clear bottom

Does anyone know if somebody makes an OEM replacement taillight for the F4i with a clear bottom? I've seen other bikes that use this to light up the license plate. I read somewhere that some guy drilled holes under the taillight to get the same effect, but I think those light are sealed for a reason so I'm hesitant to go that route if an aftermarket part is available.

Thanks for any info!

THE ONLY REASON THAT IT'S SEALED UP IS TO KEEP DIRT,MUD,WATER ECT..FROM HITTING OR GETTING TO THE LIGHT BULB...IT SOULD BE FINE..MAYBE PUT SOME 3M CLEAR DUCTAPE ON IT TO KEEP IT SEALED

So, I bought a cheap tail light on eBay and tried drilling out the bottom. I drilled three 5/8 inch holes. It didn't light up the plate at all.

This myth is busted!
