Default Suspension and Tire Pressure...what a difference!

I changed my bikes suspension based roughly on www.sportrider.com suggested settings and then did my own tweaking....what a difference. The bike feels so much more molded to my style of riding. I also went with a 36/40 tire pressure combo and the bike just feels lighter in the turns. Definitely worth spending some time on the suspension though...stock settings were off for me. I'm 5'11" 210.

at 210lb, the stock set up was way off. If I remeber right, they are set for a little asian guy weighing in at 130ish.

it is amazing what a couple of little turns on a bolt can do for your bike

What article did you use?
I'm curious about my suspension since the guy that owned the bike before me is much smaller and may have set it up for himself

My bike feels good but if it can be better then I want to know!

Oh geez... let's not go there please!

Here is a good article on setting the sag -- start here first: http://www.triumphnet.com/st/acc/racetech/setup.htm

I'll try to find my link to the rest - for some reason it's not in my favorites any longer.

[EDIT:]

Here is another link... I haven't used these instructions, but this is what a quick search turned up::

What rear preload might be suggested for someone who weighs between 200-210?
