Default Suspension Set-up??

Does anyone know where I can find a 'walk-through' for suspension set-ups? I have a feeling that was part of my problem when I went down. Even though I dont remember the crash or +/- 10 min around it. Room-mate said road kill in the road but anyways, I know the bikewas set up for a guy that was 20 lbs heavier than me. Would that make a big difference?? Thanks guys!! Bikes almost ready for the road again, Ill have pics soon.

I think you'll find everything you need to know here http://www.sportrider.com/tech/146_0006_susp/
In section 6, there are suggested settings for different models.
