I just got my 02 600 f4i a month or so ago. my suspension is set at what I assume to be stock setting. I weigh 155. I have noticed that the suspension seems rather stiff and unforgiving. On the front suspension should I adjust the outter screw or the inner? also on the rear there is a screw on the rear shock but there is also a canister on the left side down below the seat with what appears to be the same adjustment. Which should I adjust from? or do I need to adjust the actual spring?

I live in the country with a lot of back roads. I know that it really comes down to my personal pref. but does anyone have any recommendations as to where I should set the front and rear?

I know this is a lot of questions and probably sounds stupid but this is my first street bike. I grew up around... harleys.

I appreciate any advice anyone has.
