Default Suspension

Longish shot but I have a 2002F4i and I am 100kgs or there abouts... I am looking to change the springs and oil after the stock springs have had to cope for 48thou now and are a little old.

Does anyone have any rates and weights recommendations for springs and Oil. I understand that often an oil that is one heavier is recommended, and as you all know factory is 10 and next up the weight scale is 15, but springs....well suffice to say I have no idea!

Thanks for your advice/comments.

Stick with the 10weight oil. Re-spring and add rebound gold valves.
