People get high mounts for the look,

and to **** off their passengers, because they really cant carry any.

Personally like the stock location look better! and you can carry people!

I would rather not **** off anyone on the back. It will most likely be a woman. I like both looks but think the std. mount is better for me.

I got the high mount for the look, to **** of the wanna be passengers I got a seat cowl . I still have the seat incase someone changes my mind though. My exhaust keeps the passenger pegs.

Why is that? I'm not challenging your post, just asking .... I always thought I'm not leaned enough since I never scrape anything!

^scraping hard parts is a sign of bad form (to an extent)

you need to get off the bike to make a turn, not just keep leaning over farther

Bingo. First of all, you'll scrape a peg before exhaust any day. Second, as said above, you're supposed to move your body slightly off the bike, lowering your center of gravity, and allowing you to carry more speed through the turn with less lean angle.
