Default stainless brake lines

where have yal ordered your stainless steel brake lines from? i found a site the other night that was the 2 line kit instead of the T fitting to split them.
but i dont remember where i found it.
are the lines easy to install?
and is a rear brake line really needed that much since it is only used 20%(although i can slam on my rear brake and it wont lock up unless im not using the front brake)

im pretty much doing a major overhaul on the bike since i got it used and want to know eveerything is 100% so im going to get the brakes the best they can be.

I installed the Galfer S.S. brake line on my front (F4i). It is a discernable difference during trackdays. I have the rear one too but I didn't bother to put it on because it didn't take too much to skid the tire with the stock rubber one, plus; who uses their rear brake thatmuch anyway?! WARNING: be cuatious when tightening the banjo bolts into the calipers (with Galfer set). The banjo bolts are aluminum and shouldNOT be torqued to the factory torque settings as the original bolts. They will strip if you try to torque them to the manual's specs.

was your lines in a "kit" or did you have to supply the lengths of the lines? and are you running 2 lines or still using a T fitting to split it.
what price did you pay? and do reccomend one set of brake pads over another? the bike is riden daily rain or shine(cept to work.. toll ways suck with no easy tag ha)

what did you torque the banjo bolt down to? or just a little past being snug?

lines come in a kit with the proper lengths according to bike model. galfer is 2 lines, no splitting like the crap stock lines. as for pads, ebc, galfer or stock honda pads...the the HH sintered pads for the front, regular for the rear.

banjo bolts...25 ft-lbs for stock...i think for aftermarket it's like 12 ft lbs...it'll say on the instructions with the lines. i had to up mine to 18 though as it was still leaking at 12.

it's about right price.
don't do the rears...save the money for something else, just get the front.

the rear is already sensitive and prone to lock up as is. no need to make it any more touchy you know?
