Can anyone post the recommended suspension settings from this article? I accidentally threw my copy out and wanted to try the newer settings that they used for the test, as IRRC they were a bit different than what is on their website from 2001.

Only three lines? Would'nt that mean it is a fairly frim setting?

No... 3 lines showing means that it is not cranked up very much, which would make it softer.
