after getting all the parts together and a little bit of elbow grease i managed to get the split-seat conversion finally completed!

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet! love seeing the split seat w/ these color combos! a solo seat cowl would set that thing OFF!

AHHHHHHH i hate you!!!! i actually dont my f4i is the same exact color and im SO close to finishing but i cant get my exhaust to mount up w/o leaking and i need to get my tail section painted which i have the paint i just need to find someone to paint it for me cuz ive never painted before ahhh i cant wait....but honestly i agree with him ^^^ a cowl would set it off although it looks super sexy right now

yeah i was thinkin about a cowl too... i just got too excited to get the dayam thing together all painted and everything. there's another member on here who has the same exact bike as me who did the split seat convo and he has the cowl on it. i was still deciding on it but i realized that i thought that there would be too much blue on the bike. to me, i feel like i wanted a balanced blue and black combination on the bike.... (call me weird)

hahaha... thanks chris! now it's your turn, LOL!!! well, **** i wish we had black frames! i guess that's how u can tell if it's a real 04-06 model.

Looks like you are missing the frankenstein bolts ..
those friggin things are expensive, im in the process of doing my conversion .. should be done tomorrow ..
but yeah I went to the dealer to get those and they are like 20 bucks a piece...

Your bike looks really good. Makes me miss my f4i. I was about to do the seat conversion but then I decided to sell the bike. I think there's stuff you can buy to strip the black paint off the subframe (airplane stripper or something).
