Default speedometer pulse per mile

I am trying to find some information on my 2004 F4i. I am looking at installing an audiovox electronic cruise control system on the bike for my long trips, roughly week long, riding all day trips. And I need to set the pulses per mile the speed sensor sends the signal to the cluster, does anyone know this value or can point me somewhere that I might be able to get this value from. I looked in the service manual hoping that it would tell me under specifications or during diagnostics, but I didn't see it. I'm going to re-read it a bit more and see if I can find it. But if I can't hopefully someone here can help. Thanks in advance.

I have never heard of an audiovox. Take a look at www.throttlemeister.com maybe thats another route to go.

well its audiovox/ rostra, its a universal kit that a lot of bike guys put on because of its size. I've looked at throttlemeister and can't justify $150+ for a throttle lock. This is an acutal cruise control system for $200.
