Default RE: Speedohealer Calibration

Anyone ever install one of these on an f4i? I have an 06 and am having a helluva time accessing the stock sensor I need to disconnect under the rear shock as shown on the site, any tips? How did you guys get to it? Mine has been a real pain in the ***, I can barely see the connector, and am not sure what kind of connection it is, do I need to pinch something? I have done so many mods all weekend and this was the last on my list, and I have had my hands in every which way and can touch and pull on it but cannot get it disconnected, is it connected directly to the crankshaft?>

Prop the gas tank up lke in the photo of the tuturial. And then reach your hand up from behind the rear shock to unplug the sensor. You have to have small hands, good luck

Thanks Stephens, I appreciate the help. I will have to get out there tonight and take another crack at it, 30 weather and cold hands on aluminum help the frustration too...thanks for the help!!!

Your welcome bro....its a pain to do, but worth the time. So when you get caught speeding you call tell the cop you know your speeding cuz you got a speedohealer. lol. It also helps to have someone else there, an extra set of hands is a plus.
