Default Speedohealer

If you have ever installed a speedohealer on a F4I, let me know how long it took to install. Is it hard to lift the gas tank to get to the speed sensor coupler?

No it's not hard. Just do it, and take your time. For mine, the hardest part was getting at the three-wire plug, which happened to be under the coolant overflow tank, which involved removing the top bolts of the sub frame to get under it. Not difficult by any means, just took longer.

IMO the speedohealer was a PITA. I have small hands and it took me about 1.5 hours to install. Once I knew where the speed sensor was it was all downhill from there

I just paid to have mine installed. They didn't charge me that much and I didn't want to screw with it after the muliple posts on how much of a PITA it was.

It's really not hard, you just need to take some stuff off so you can have easier access to the plug. Not any worse than changing your air filter or similar.

Edit: Then again, I had my bike apart anyway for other upgrades, so it wasn't a big deal. Installing JUST the Speedohealer will be time consuming for a seemingly simple mod.
