If you get used/new gauges there is a guy online who will change the mileage he needs a copy of your registration I think though to prove mileage. He has several positive reviews on this forum as well as other forums, plan to have him change the color of my gauges this winter.

i can confirm as well that holding the top button switches to kph/mph

 

Quick one on the same topic ish, not worth starting a new thread for though. Is it possible to change the temperature reading from °C to Fahrenheit?
