Speedo
I know on my 2002 there are two buttons pushing and holding one for a few seconds resets the tripometer, and pushing and holding the other should toggle between MPH and KPH... I ALWAYS forget which does which... but just try both... if you have similar buttons... Vague I know but hey... it's something!
Hey Jay,
That is weird... I don't see why your UK 2002 and my US 2002 would work any different on the Speedo buttons... I made a little video just in case I didn't explain it very well. And it may be helpful to others... and let's face it, making little videos is fun!

No luck.
Strange thing is the odometer and mileage show correct also the speed which is showed is actually in Mph, its just annoying that says kph after it.
I'm thinking my speedo may need replacing

Not sure if you were able to check for a SpeedoHealer (and not even sure if it would cause the problem you are having) but if not, here is a link to a tutorial on how to install a SpeedoHealer on an F4i. Figure this way you could check out the connection point and see if there is one already installed.

Good Luck Jay!

Thanks for the help
I've been looking at a set of new clocks. Does it matter what the mileage on the clocks is or is ok due to them being digital?
Will check for the speedo healer when the weather is abit better. Not so good over here at the min

That's a good question... I have no experience changing out my gauges on a bike... I know when I did on my car, I had to take it to a certified shop to have them match up the ODO... My gut feeling is you could just switch it out if you didn't care about the real mileage... But I am sure there are people on this forum that would know WAY more about that than me...
